Who Am i?
A Romanian born and bread in a small city called Suceava, with an amazing sister and mother.
When i was about 25 years old, my life path took a very different direction from my predicted one.
An opportunity arose for me to relocate to Dublin, Ireland where i started my new life, for the next seventeen years to come.
By living in this completely new city, in a new country with these new people who are different from my mother land cohabitants, it allowed me to learn about emotional intelligence, patience, acceptance and be open minded, hence my logo "Learn from each other & Learn together" i find this to be greatest human quality. Being able to listen, understand and have a small grain of ambition can greatly empower a human being.
I started my professional career in a garage or how we call it in Romania a car dealership. I was working in the Customer Service field which meant reception work, dealing with taxi rental and insurance contracts, shop stock, accounting. All this work experience provided me with great skills to move onto the next new role.
After about two years , I decided to change my current role with a role in the Healthcare Service field where I started a job as an Appointment Centre Executive in a well known Imaging Diagnostic Organization. Here is where I gained great knowledge of the medical terminology, improved my organisational and time management skills and learned about leadership and project work expertise by being promoted to the Team Lead Of Appointment Centre and thereafter to the position of Administration Project Lead.
From there I moved on to a new role in one of the best hospital in Dublin, where i started to continue the same career path, but here is where i evolved the most by working and moving through different departments and working with people that allowed me to learn from them and also supported me throughout my career journey. In this role i have learned so much about patient care administration workflows and the importance of digitalization by being recruited to be part of the project team as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to help with the implementation of the Meditech Expanse EHR (Electronic Health Record) system provided by Meditech, company based in Boston, US.
During all my years in Ireland, I have met some exceptionally wonderful people and I had some great life opportunities that allow me to evolve not only professionally but also personally.
I have built great friendships, travelled and enjoyed many moments of happiness.
Saying this, looking back now all it has been great, but I always had something in my heart telling me that I had to come back to my birth place.
Someone once told me before i left for Ireland and i quote " The calling of your land is greater than the calling of your mother" and this quote followed me since i first heard it.
Currently, I have returned and relocated in the lovely city of Suceava to which I hope I can call it Home again!
